SamBoat, the online platform for referral and rental of boats worldwide, will from today integrate two very reputable boat rental agencies, LateSail in the United Kingdom and Vents de Mer in France. This activity will help support the increased demand for UK sailing holidays, and a new travel platform has made them easier to navigate and book. It also accelerates SamBoat’s ambition to become the world leader in the yacht and boat rental market. As a result, SamBoat will be on its way to conquer the seven seas, open up new horizons internationally.

This new era brings together SamBoat’s cutting-edge technological platform, with the practical and industrial know-how of Vents De Mer and LateSail, deliver an enhanced vacation experience to customers like no other.

Through this alliance, SamBoat, Vents de Mer and LateSail, with a a combined experience of 50 years, will increase the integration of new fleets of professional charter companies. Customers will benefit from a tailor-made service with high added value, thus confirming SamBoat’s position in the boat rental sector.

With ambitious growth plans, SamBoat will now have offices in the UK and France and will recruit 25 additional people to its team over the next 12 months. Revenue projections are on track to reach 30 million euros in 2021. Ultimately, the ambition is to become the world’s leading player in the yacht charter sector, with a turnover of 100 million euros in turnover by 2023, with the support of two major investors, PPF and Bénéteau.
